Asalam alaikum! Razi School’s first priority is to provide a quality education to your children in an Islamic environment. Razi School students have demonstrated academic excellence by becoming the recipients of countless awards and certificates. Our students have won first place in the Catholic Schools Science Fair, first place among the Non-Public Schools Mathematics League Championship and first place in the Mathematics League Contest. Our students have also participated in the New York State Science Olympiad Regional Champions last year. Our students are also the recipients of many awards in spelling, writing and recitation of the Quran.

In order for our students to continue participating in such valuable extracurricular activities, your support is vital. We will gladly accept monetary donations which will be used towards academic purposes and student activities. We will also accept donations of the following which will be immensely useful to us in helping raise substantial funds:

*Gift certificates for restaurants, health club memberships and salons

*Offering services in tutoring, financial planning and other professional and personal services

*Tickets to sporting events, concerts, plays and other performing arts

*Hotel stays, or other vacation related ideas

*Celebrity items such as an autographed book or photo, sports memorabilia

*Electronics such as computers, laptops, tablets, digital cameras etc.

*Gourmet foods, movie collections

*Clothing, jewelry, watches, handbags, accessories

We would also be grateful if you would like to offer your skills or services in the following areas:

*Cooking and donating food to be used for fund-raising purposes (ex. baked goods)

*Teaching public speaking skills to parents and students

*Offering legal advice

*If you are a photographer, donating a photo shoot.

What may teachers purchase with the donation?

Teachers may use the donated funds to purchase resources such as learning games, books and other materials that help them create an engaging and effective classroom learning environment. Teachers may not use the funds for field trips.

Is my contribution tax deductible?
Yes. Razi School is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. All contributions are tax deductible.
